Sight On Seniors (S.O.S) Program

Our House Home Care provides affordable, in-home senior check-in services in Craven, Lenoir, Pitt County and surrounding areas. These services can be utilized to assist you when you are not available to assist your family member. We understand that situations can arise unexpectedly...Our House Home Care can give you piece of mind when you can't be in two places at one time. 
 

30 Minute Visit: 

In person visit to meet with your elder and assess food, safety, etc.

Home Safety Evaluations:

A home safety assessment includes 3 parts: assessment of (1) commonly used areas inside and outside the home; (2) observation of the older person moving around the home environment; and, (3) fall risk and health status of the older person.

Companion Care:

• Grocery Shopping, community outings, errands, pick up prescriptions, play board games, etc

• Medical appointments & surgical procedures (We will accompany and stay with client, get them home safely, and stay as long as needed.)

Travel Assistance:

Support to the airport, or a final destination. Travel to socialize with family and friends out in the community, etc.
